CANDICE CUOCO pieces are made to order and cannot be returned and are non-refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange a purchase for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to initiate the return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Most CANDICE CUOCO pieces are made to order, and take longer to ship than a traditional retail store.

If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering to ensure that it is possible.

Otherwise estimate at least 7 business days and up to one month for your order to ship, depending on the complexity of the item(s) ordered.

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered in 2-3 days to the United States. International shipping times vary based on the destination country.

SECTION 8 –  Third Party Payment Processer & Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard

Our store is hosted using WooCommerce and utilizes third party payment gateways as required. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Third party payment service providers may receive and implement updated credit card information from your credit card issuer in order to prevent your payment or subscription from being interrupted by an outdated or invalid card. This disbursement of the updated credit card information is provided to third party payment service providers at the sole election of your credit card issuer. Your credit card issuer may give you the right to opt-out of the update service. Should you desire to do so, please contact your credit card issuer.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a set of industry mandated requirements for any business that handles, processes, or stores credit cards. The primary purpose of the standards is to maintain controls around cardholder data to reduce credit card fraud. As a service provider, Candice Cuoco is PCI DSS compliant and will maintain all applicable PCI DSS requirements to the extent that we possess or otherwise store, process, or transmit cardholder data on behalf of you, or to the extent that we can in any way impact the security of your cardholder data environment.
