CANDICE CUOCO Presents SS19 VERONICA FRANCO Collection at LAFW

CANDICE CUOCO presented her entire VERONICA FRANCO collection for the first time at LA Fashion Week on Thursday.

The collection, named after the famed Venetian courtesan, speaks to the colder side of sex, honoring the women throughout history who shrewdly use men’s passions for their own survival.

VERONICA FRANCO celebrates its namesake with pieces that are at once both alluring and calculating— merging historical silhouettes with modern elements, and blending frills and filigree with cold metallic embellishments.

The garments feature custom-printed textiles from EPSON America, hand-painted leather by LA-based artist Kendell Cotta, and studs and hardware from GoldStar Tool in DTLA.

Candice previewed VERONICA FRANCO to rave reviews at NYFW, and is now touring the collection throughout the country. The Los Angeles marked the first time the entire collection will be shown as a whole. The runway event was held in the iconic Majestic in downtown LA, where it capped off Art Hearts Fashion’s opening night extravaganza.
